It's nice to meet you! I’m Aaron Mikulsky.

I love learning, growing, teaching, building relationships and delivering outstanding results. I built my business to make an impact, and deliver more than people expect.

For years I’ve worked with, and worked for, ineffective leaders or leaders who would not care to change, innovate, grow, and improve–resulting in their teams not performing to their potential and inconsistent results.

After decades of study, research, and pragmatic experience in Corporate America and working with nonprofits (including Universities and religious organizations) I have developed a proprietary leadership and strategy model - LOVE 2 LEAD®.

As a result of this discovery, and by improving and tailoring LOVE 2 LEAD® over time, I’ve written a book on it and have begun teaching it to others–launching their leadership to a new stratosphere. Leaders whom I’ve coached have thrived in their careers–many of whom have been promoted. Organizations that have leveraged me and my approaches have become more operationally excellent, innovative, strategically- and culturally-focused.
